I took off work for my appointment at 3:30. I was there by 3:15. I checked in, and the lady at the front desk asked if I had an appointment that day. I said yes. She asked for my date of birth and then said, “You can go sit down. I waited until 3:48 for someone to call me to take me back to tell Mrs. Leal that I wasn't feeling well and that they were calling people to move their appointment.
