I love Dr leheal he is hands down one of few doctors that understood what I was going through and still hes been very patient and takes the time to listen. I wouldn't change anything,staff is always polite ..so I dont understand why the negative reviews,I guess to each his own......(opinion)
I have been seeing Dr.Leal for several years now and Dr. Gurguis before he left, I have no problem with Dr. Leal it is Eric Shelton that ALWAYS gives me a hard time.. Last visit he claims my last 3 urine tests showed positive for something I do not take-he says. Either hes a liar or doesnt know how to read a urine screen. These are NOT sent out to an independent lab they are done in house with apparently whatever result they want it to show. Waited 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. I finally left. I had an appointment this morning at 8:00 am. I arrived 5 minutes early. I filled out all of the forms provided which were very repetitive. I waited an hour before I asked the staff when I would be seen. They couldn't tell me and didn't ask anyone or provide any help in answering the question. Dr. Leal is an excellent physician that cares for the patients with pain management issues. He has assisted me for the past 3 years of my 9 year struggle with CRPS. He has performed pain pump surgery, pump analysis and fillings, along with diagnostic nerve burning all flawlessly. He takes time with patients and family to explain procedures and describes solutions to issues the patient may be encountering. He is a blessing.
This guy is NEVER on time for scheduled appointments and every single office visit so far takes at least 2 hours - pretty much all but 5 minutes of it just spent waiting for him. It's AWFUL
