Covered a lot of my pain issues, working towards solutions. Once a complete history of my medical history is complete, I feel that we will get a decrease in pain. I was pleased with the staff and their caring, smiling attitude. Dr. Leal was very caring.
I was seen for back pain by Dr. Leal. I left very satisfied with the Doctors plan for my treatment. Excellent customer service at the front desk from Elizabeth.
After 2 days of repeated calls and emails he still never sent in a script for my 78 year old mother. His office staff is not only incompetent, they are incredibly rude. If there was a zero score I’d give him zero.

Unfortunately I have been in pain management care for 14yrs, 9 in Massachusetts and then in Florida . Long story short my first appointment with Dr. Leal , He set my mind at ease really seemed to care , and actually took the time to try a new gameplan. Somthing that has not been done in a long time . Without naming names I would see my past Dr. Long enough for him to write prescriptions never a change and out the door you go for 2/3 months .
