Worst management I’ve ever seen on a Factory this place, IPL(Leominster) got to be a joke. No supervision whatsoever. Everyone seems to be lost there, most days the machine is broken, if not that there was no materials (buckets or boxes) to work with. They literally pay half of the people there to sweep the floors. I almost went blind and got fired for it because of a “Safety violation”. They never gave me glasses in the first place and the only thing protecting you from the UV light is a piece of cardboard.
