Complete waste of money. Nice guy but he did not find the leak. He wrote a report that proved inconclusive. After epoxy plastering all of the places that he suggested, and the dye testing, I still lose 6 inches of water per week. He says he tested the plumbing, but I have doubts. In summary, you are basically paying $275 for Frank to exchange text messages indefinitely suggesting 'try this' or 'try that.'

Leak Squad was recommended by a local pool supply store and I am extremely happy with the level of customer service. They obviously care about doing a quality job, diagnosed the leak and fixed it in the same day and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend them.

leak squad came out two different times to fix leaks. After a few months it was leaking again. Gave me a quote for a more "permanent repair'' in 2015 waited for it to warm up since they have to get in the water and for some money to pay for it. When I contacted him this past month he had doubled the price for the same repair. When I asked him to reconsider he just ignored me. so no I would not use his service
