I had a major plumbing backup. Within a couple hours of my warranty company assigning Leak Seekers, someone was out here fixing the problem. They were very professional, and efficient. Would recommend them and use them again!
My wife and I lived at a rental property in Sumter when we thought we smelled something that smelled like sewage. We contacted the property management company and they sent Leak Seekers out. The problem ended up being fertilizer that the owner had stored in the garage, and there wasn't any issue with the plumbing. Skyler came out and diagnosed the issue and helped successfully point us in the right direction of what we needed
This company came out through the home warranty. The technician/plumber didn't know what issue he was coming to address. He didn't clean up after himself (left dirty water and footprints) and he didnt correct the problem they were called out for because he didn't have the proper tools.
