Great work. I would hire them again for sure.
They came out. Charged a lot of money. Failed to correct the issue (plants not getting water). Many texts and calls and promises later, Ed has ceased responding. Meanwhile, i paid $825 and the problem is not fixed. Very very bad experience
Called them and they called me back the same day. They gave the next day appointment which was great. The technician Gabriel did the work while I was at work but when I got home and tested the irrigation system the zone that had the leak did not work at all. No water to any of the drippers. I called and they mostly don't answer and I leave my voice mail. Few times they answer they said they are busy and will call me back either same day or tomorrow but never call me back. I called Ed and he was able to replace my sprinkler controller the same day and “tune up” the valves and sprinkler heads - happy with the work.
