Eric came out early in the time frame window, Found the leak quick and got it exposed, clamped it for a temporary fix. Made my day and saved me a lot of work. This is my 2nd time using these guys and they're great.
My experience with LEAK INSPECTOR was an unusual one as it didn't include a 'normal business transaction'. I spoke to Lena (who I believe is a part owner of the business) by phone and explained that I had been receiving daily notifications from "Eye on Water" that indicated our home was "leaking anywhere from 3 to 4 gallons per hour" around the clock. Kyle immediately came out to my house to locate a water leak that we could hear either inside the wall or under the cement. His prompt response, over the weekend, saved us lots of money. He found the leak and made a temporary repair until the plumbers could respond during the week to make a complete repair. Thanks so much Kyle!!!!
