He was very patient in explaining what needed to be done in detail, unlike a very large plumbing outfit who tried to mislead me. Moe was here when he said he would be and was very professional and he knew his business very well.
Moe, owner/operator was very clear on price, at the outset. He came out on a weekend. Did the job in a quick, efficient manner. Made me happy.
They called us in under one minute. They came the next morning at 8:30 and cleaned out the clogged drain line. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and didn't even charge extra for emergency service. I would highly recommend them!
