Mark came out to my house today to look for a probable leak reported to me by NMWD. He was prompt, thorough, answered all my questions and just a fun person with whom to have a conversation. Identified the area at issue (fascinating process). Couldn't recommend Leak Detection Pros any more highly!
We detected a leak in the service line coming to our house. I was only able to identify it because we have a Flume water monitor hooked up that sent me an alert—there would have been no other indication until we got our next water bill. A plumber recommended Mark at Leak Detection Pros and he plotted out the entire water line (which was not exactly where we assumed it would be) and pinpointed the area with the leak within inches. We had a major water leak underground in our yard and had no way to find it or fix it. After reading some reviews I decided to call Leak Detection Pros. Fortunately Mark was nearby at the end of the day and was able to come over within 30 minutes. He immediately set out with his detector tool to pinpoint the leak and map the water pipe for the plumber. The plumber fixed it the next day. Good experience, Dominic had 350 buried feet to find a small leak. He nailed it. The plumbers went down where his paint spot was and there was the leak. The helium sniff testing was key to finding this leak. Don
