I was put off after a quick conversation with Leah tonite on the phone where I asked if she would consider listing an investment property for me. I mentioned that I'd like to do a flip but am not from the area - and I believed the ARV is between 100-150k, but would she mind taking a look at the ARV when she had a minute tomorrow?
