Dr. Orta is truly amazing. She is kind, compassionate, and incredibly intelligent. I appreciate the way she takes her time, explains everything thoroughly, and ensures I understand. I waited around here for a half hour while everyone else was called back. I alerted the front desk about this (after 15 minutes of waiting) and still was not seen. I walked out and was not seen which is disappointing since I made the appointment a month ago. I will stick with seeing my doctors at GW going forward.
Dr Orta-Nieves is great. She explains things so you can understand them, she makes every effort to understand how medications are impacting you and has great regard for your ease with a treatment plan. She is able to share the research on why this plan is the best for you and help you conquer your fears of side effects. I am so glad to be in her care. Arrived on time for appt and waited an hour and was not seen. Left since I had work. Have experienced multiple 40+ long wait times before and last minute cancellations at this location. Other providers have provided poor care. Would not recommend.
