This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to in my life, it’s dirty and they don’t wash their hands or use clean tools when they do the nails. I asked for a pink color and then put black on my nails and it looked nothing like the swatch. They don’t know what they are doing. They then had to file it off my nails and make them paper thin and weak. They have a sticker for credit cards accepted but only take Zelle. Horrible and shady business AVOID

Services were confirmed over the phone — hard gel, sculpting, and a simple ombré polish. Upon arrival, none were available because they aren’t offered. The appointment dragged due to vague communication, shifting explanations, and being advised to visit another salon. A basic manicure I’d requested was also overlooked. Only near the end was I told another tech handles designs — but wasn’t in. A week later, multiple nails lifted or cracked. Extremely disappointing.
