We were referred to Leah by our realtor. She was responsive and informative. Every lender we spoke with had their own selling "tactics," but I appreciated Leah's ethics as she offered us her best offers right from the beginning and we could tell she had our best interest in mind, even if she was a little sassy. She was easy to get in touch with when we had questions and was able to get our loan completed quickly.
Contacted Leah to get information on getting a preapproval for a loan. Husband and I chose to use another loan officer. Leah sent me two more emails over the last month, did not reply to first one and then after the second one I requested to be removed from her contact/follow up list. See attached photo for nasty response I get from Leah. “Done but i think it’s a little funny since you are the one who solicited me.
