Getting sparked started off as a birthday tradition and now has been my go-to to get some cute jewelry. I always had a good experience and it’s all thanks to their customer service team. I was recently in to get some sterling silver pieces and although it’s a tad bit expensive compared to other permanent jewelry places I do find the team really nice which is why I always return back! Thank you for the team for going out of their way to find a chain being discounted for me. I love it so much!!!
Cute boutique and fun outing for friends/family but really disappointed in the quality of the jewelry. Came to get spark bracelets with my mom and aunt the week before I delivered twin babies (so special!) and it almost immediately fell off. Thankfully I noticed and scooped it up off the ground. I contacted the store and asked if they could add a clasp seeing as I had just given birth and couldn’t come into the store for some time. I mailed them the bracelet and they added a clasp, but I only wore it for about a week before ... read more

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the bracelet.
Fellas, just a heads up if you’re buying something for your girl expect a terrible service experience here. I bought online and was forced to download the “shop” app. Huge hassle. On top of forcing me to download shop they shipped it via fedex. Keep in mind fedex will give you a twelve hour drop off window. Please also keep in mind that it’s on you to contact the driver if you want it securely dropped off because my $550 order was just thrown by the entrance of my building.
