I’ve been here twice and love the anklet and necklace I got! The second time I was here I booked an appointment (the space is small and I wanted a more relaxed and special experience as it was my birthday) and was surprised when we got up from our seats (so I could look at the mirror) and it was immediately occupied by others. I visited the store located at the Shanghai La Hotel in Toronto to have a previously repaired braclet put back onto my wrist permanently. Due to the repair being done in Vancouver a clasp had to be attached. I was hugely impressed by the service and the care taken to make this the ideal placement. Thankyou for taking the trouble and I am also thrilled with the new braclet purchased today.
