I need help before I vote I understand the prop 1 amendment but no one addresses the sales tax issue imposed on the transfer of property. I would vote yes on this only because I do not want any transfer taxes imposed. But as far as the other exemption this is ridiculous, it only amounts to a little over $126 saved for the homeowner. A reduced sales tax would be a better way to go.
