I would have liked to have seen more dead branch and "sucker" removal from my oak trees. He also said he would remove the cedar tree stump a little below the ground, but didn't end up doing that.

They never told us that the grass would not survive in the shaded areas of our yard but they installed sod there anyway so we ended up with a whole lot of dead sod

In my opinion, the sod installed is not of the best quality; however, it's been only a little over a week. There is too much space between sod in some areas and some pieces of sod aren't in contact with the soil.
