Very FAST service! WOW! I submitted my info on June 30th had my Dr consult on July 1st, the consultation was very easy and fast as well, honestly I think the Dr emailed my certification before we got off the phone. The doctor was very professional and courteous as well. When I received my certification I also received the waiver I needed to sign and get notarized. This has been the most difficult process. I had to get a waiver notified that I didn't need. The state of GA no longer requires it. Then I never received the payment email. It's been over a week. I've contacted my state to get the form. Still no reply. I'm not happy. The only positive thing was the doctor was really nice.
