Very disappointing experience. We had an appointment scheduled for 7:00 PM, and I was waiting at the property. By 7:30 PM, no one had arrived. When I called to find out what was happening, I received a message saying that they were unable to make the appointment and needed to reschedule. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but I would have appreciated being informed before the scheduled appointment time, rather than having to call and find out myself. We were misinformed and over charged by leaf filters. We were lied to by the sales rep as to how long it would take and what needed to be done. He sold us a new gutter that probably only needed brackets. Dealing with the company was a nightmare. They are not a local company and communicating with them was extremely difficult. Calls were ignored. My concerns were answered by AI. I highly suggest no one use this company.
Staff were very courteous and worked very efficiently. My whole exchange with this company has been very professional and cordial from the start. There are slightly cheaper alternatives out there I could've hired instead but I couldn't justify installing something of a lower quality that would also still require periodic maintenance when that is personally difficult for me to do. Strongly recommend.
Scheduled promptly, efficient installation, working as advertised thus far.
