We are extremely dissatisfied with the incorrect install from this company. Our gutters have fallen completely off of our home just a little over a year after being installed. This has caused much personal property damaged that we are now having investigated by insurance. I requested that they be fixed when the install was completed but the company refused. We had a system installed the spring of 2023. I had the company come back and look at the install immediately after the it was completed because it was poorly done and installed incorrectly. They assured me that it would hold up. The entire system has fallen from our property, causing A LOT of property damage. You can clearly see how the gutters were installed by hanging a 1x6 board with 1.5 inch screws. That was clearly a mistake. I knew it was incorrect but the company refused to fix it.
