Overall the work was fine, the problem I had was neither installer spoke English...I'm not anti-immigrant, but I couldn't address any issues before/after the work...there was a plastic guard between shingles and gutter that was sticking out...I pointed it out to the lead guy, he went up a ladder and pushed it down a bit - I had to go up myself and screw it down after they left (I'm 72)...on the "satisfaction" form I was asked to sign, there was a line about 'splash guards"...I wanted to ask about them but I couldn't because ... read more
