All the personal was very knowledgable and very friendly. Insatalled fast and without any problems.
Very bad installation, water running over gutters onto interior part of deck. Called to get fixed, but no return calls. Being ignored. Waste of money. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend. Still not working. Update:: worker showed up and said the product does not work properly on inside corners. I had to remove leaf filter products as they would not fix problem. Or refund any amount. Overall communication during installation was high quality, sales experience was conversational and consultative vs pushy, and time from initial contact to in home consult to purchase to install was very reasonable.
I was ver disappointed with the service. No response to a set of requests to follow-up. Original installation failed to install two separate small down spout that lead fro a higher roof to a lower roof, each about 3 ft long VERY SAD SERVICE
