The time that Andy took to explain how the gutter systems work, and a real time evaluation of my situation I was shown. He did not try to sell me something I really did not need. That was huge.
I am specifically talking about Leaf Filter North/Maryland Heights. The customer service is horrible. I have been waiting for months for someone to come out & repair my gutters (which are LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD). The water overflows the gutters in one area. It took me weeks before they could "fit us in" for our repairs. Then they called me to cancel, calling from a cell phone. The installers were there before scheduled time worked straight thought from start to finish and done an amazing job.
Love my gutters and everything about them. The workmen were great!
