We recently had gutters installed. At first there were some slight hiccups; but after a short period of time, a Rep. named Warren personally came to our home to rectify the situation which was no fault of his doing. .....We appreciate the company taking accountability. And due that fact alone I would recommend if your in the market for new gutters to at least give them a shot.
My home was battered by a hail storm on March 14th of this year. When the adjuster walked our roof he told me to contact Leaf Filter as our system got holes knocked in it damaging the system. I had a leaf filter representative come out April 4th who told me it was at least 30% damaged and charged me $95 for their trouble. I asked for a receipt for the money and for a workup to submit to my insurance adjuster. I was told it would be a couple of days. Worst experience ever!!!! I was not at home when their product was installed. Could not believe the dirt left on my deck, stamped concrete terrace and yard!!!! The installers came back to clean up this mess. One had such an attitude I called the company and she asked to speak to him. They then cleaned it up. How could they leave my residence after the install in such a condition????? Called the company again due to more than one issue with the gutters and downspouts. A rep will be coming out next week.
