Have to give a shout out to Leaf Optometry in north Redondo Beach. I went for my annual eye exam today and the entire experience was amazing. The office admin is delightful as is the doctor. They see children as well.
Just a wonderful experience, I felt very cared for and listened to. I never felt rushed and nothing extra was pushed on me. Doctor Diep answered all my questions in great detail which was so appreciated. So glad I found my new optometrist!
I had a great first experience at Leaf Optometry. Jessi and Dr. Diep are very kind and provided wonderful service from beginning to end. They are both warmth and helpful. The eye exam was very thorough and Dr. Diep makes an effort to make conversation and engage which makes the experience human. Jessi has great product knowledge on all the glasses and she was happy to adjust a few pairs I previously had which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this optometrist if you’re looking for one!
Best optometrist I have ever been to. Very thorough with her exam. Script and glasses were perfect. Incredibly open and upfront about all prices and what is and isn’t covered by insurance.
