After accepting his proposal, the ensuing communication was prompt, thorough, polite, and very specific regarding when and how work would be done, payment options, etc. In spite of overgrown landscape, they had no trouble getting on the roof (sprawling ranch) and never made us feel ashamed of our neglected gutters, which were jammed with debris, plants growing out of them, and downspouts clogged.
