My experience with Leaf It 2 Me was excellent from start to finish. Marc’s quote was very reasonable. After accepting his proposal, the ensuing communication was prompt, thorough, polite, and very specific regarding when and how work would be done, payment options, etc. In spite of overgrown landscape, they had no trouble getting on the roof (sprawling ranch) and never made us feel ashamed of our neglected gutters, which were jammed with debris, plants growing out of them, and downspouts clogged. Marc was great to work with and did a fantastic job. I was shocked how quickly they were able to get all the work done and how well it was completed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will likely use them again in the future.
Marc is one of the most thorough technicians I’ve worked with! A few days after the work was complete, I thought there was a drainage issue with one of the downspouts during a storm, he drove out, took apart the downspout piece by piece and showed a perfectly clean downspout. (My bad) Here is what sets him apart from the rest. Instead of immediately packing up and leaving, he spent time diagnosing why the drainage was low and thoroughly examined my gutters in the area.
