I wanted a walk in shower and jaquezzi bath prices were too high. I called leaf home bath and Ryan Stens worked up an estimate and it was about $3,000 less than jaquezzi price. He was knowledgeable about the walk in shower and answered all my questions and we ordered it from him
The salesman was very good and professional well knowledgeable and mannered. Product samples high quality.
Ryan was our sales rep and we are very happy with our experience. We are having a tub to shower conversion. We knew exactly what we wanted and he did not try to argue us out of it. We had another company basically tell us if we didn't upgrade to this or that, the shower wouldn't be durable and the price ballooned! We really appreciated that he respected our choices and showed us exactly what we were looking for. We ended up with a price that was well below what we were expecting to pay. The company made an appointment for noon. Didn't show but did call at 11:45 to reschedule for 1:30 at 1:25 they called to reschedule for 3:30 at which point I told them to not bother. I had already given up half my day waiting for them to show up and wasn't giving yet a 3rd chance to pull a no show.
I’m a bit frustrated as I’ve been trying to get an actual estimate from Leaf Home for over a week and I can’t get a call or estimate back. We are looking at other companies now
