My whole thing was, and there is another review saying the same thing, I felt very pressured into signing same day. I clicked the "free in-home estimate" button on their website. That's all I wanted, an estimate. But I was told, "this is not an estimate, this is the price". And if I said no, well then I wouldn't get the discounts I was offered.
