Now that I’m old I have to eat at hipster restaurants like this because my metabolism isn’t what it used to be. I’d rather be eating a 3-meat plate at a local bbq joint but I just can’t do that night after night. So I thought I’d try a salad place. I got The Alamo, a Southwest chicken salad style. It’s actually pretty good. The ingredients are super fresh, the chicken is tender and well seasoned, the dressing really spices up the kale, and it’s all extremely customizable.
