Leading home care has been supporting my mom. Ms sunshine met with me and my mom to assess her needs. She was extremely kind and made us both feel comfortable, focusing on what my mom really needed. The ladies in the office are always fast to pass any info about her care. The care staff has been excellent as welll. Overall, we could not be happier with the care we are receiving with Leading Home care
Regarding the service for employment. It is very misleading. The information, documents and etc.., were very limited and not clear as far as policy guidelines, orientation payment and etc.., They are also very short staffed at the Shreveport office location. The corporate office is very confused on the payment and etc..,
What a great experience Melinda was so supportive and spent her time to help with me one on one at my home, she was great. Thank you Melinda.
Leading Home Care is a really wonderful organization. Truly, some really great people that work here that really care about the people. The ladies in the office are quick to communicate and put a lot of effort into their care. Great workers too!
I have nothing but praise for this agency. Miss Melinda, the care coordinator, helped our family through all the red tape, and there was a lot! She never gave up and remained steadfast through it all, we now have peace of mind that our elder is comfortable, safe and well taken care of. I highly recommend Leading Home Care to any family that is struggling to get the best care for their elders.
