Ridiculously unprofessional and negligent dealing with tenants. "I am not associated with whoever you dealt with" is the exact lack of professionalism and accountability you can expect from a terrible company like this.
They don't pay their bills. I am the owner of a small construction company and they had us do window treatments in a unit on Newbury Street back in 2021. They only paid the 50% deposit and never paid the balance even though we completed the work. They now claim that they don't manage the property anymore so they won't pay.
