I would not recommend this place to anyone. We are a military family and this is the most tedious inspection we have ever been thru. And we’ve lived on military base housing! We owed $900 on a rental. We lived there for 3 years. There is going to be wear and tear. We did not punch holes in walls, we were very clean. We cleaned very thoroughly in leaving. Drew and Christine May are simply the best realtors in town. They are extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market. Their entire team went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my family found a home that we love. I have now used Leading Edge in 3 real estate transactions and I highly recommend that others do the same.
We rent from these people currently. We have had nothing but maintenance issues since moving in. The ac was not working the day we moved in (5/21) and was not fixed until late June. The repair is still not complete. We really just can't wait until the lease is up because dealing with this company has been a nightmare.

Not to be confused with Christine May, Christina May Blount from Leading Edge Real Estate was referred to us from another Realator. She is fantastic. I live in Tennessee and the house is in Martinez, Georgia. The house had renters in it that left it a mess. We now need to clean it up and get it ready to put for sale.
