So many reason why I will definitely use Leading Edge in the future. The inspector was: -Early. I was early, and he arrived even before me. -Thorough. No appliance, wire, piece of plumbing, nook, or cranny was left unexamined. -Personable. Easy to talk to, patient, and friendly. -Professional to the extreme. Matt was an excellent inspector; he went over the entirety of the house with a (metaphorical) fine-toothed comb and identified a range of problems both serious and minor. He is extremely thorough and doesn't consider anything "good enough" -- even the most minor of issues will be noted, which is exactly what you want when you're paying $100k-plus for a house. Matt with Leading Edge Inspections was the best professional I worked with throughout my entire home-buying process. Very impressed with the Leading Edge Home inspection performed by Matt. He left no stone unturned and after spending 4+ hours at the inspection, he sent his electronic report over to us that same day! He not only identified safety issues but also noted both minor and major recommendations (the report was detailed with clear pictures and explanatory text).
