First time buyer (this order was for the company/department I work for, not me personally just to be clear, but I handled the ordering) - not only did they have the replacement belt I needed in stock at a great price, but it arrived a day earlier than expected. I received UPS shipment updates without having to request them, and when I opened the box I was pleasantly surprised to find a bag of Skittles inside as a "thank you" gift! Outstanding service - I will definitely look to them for any future needs!!

Very knowledgeable staff, excellent turn times on quality laminating and bindery supplies. Also carry high end finishing equipment, the Bagel Systems laminators are built like tanks!
