Matt was very helpful and thorough with his inspection. The report I received was clear and detailed. He arrived on time and was able to conduct the inspection with short notice. Also happy to answer any questions i had. I would definitely recommend Matt as a building inspector! 👍

Matt arrived on time, very friendly answered all my hubby’s questions which were lots! Matt made a stressful time for us stress free. We promptly booked him for our new house purchase for inspection. Matt was great with his job. Thorough house inspection with easy to understand report as photos were included thus giving us a visual of whats written on the report. Communication wise he is fantastic as he follows up via phone calls and messages prior and post inspection. M&O Lopez

Matt - from the get-go sounded enthusiastic and thorough and trustworthy on the phone. He quoted a reasonable price (for a pre-purchase inspection) and was able to complete it on the same day I called/ spoke to him. His report was very thorough with photos throughout- and he was also able to discuss the report over the phone in further detail and suggest even more improvements. Overall - we were extremely happy with Matt’s service and would not hesitate to recommend him to others- or contact him again for future projects.

Matt is amazing! Makes the process of trying to get a first home alot easier. Matt was very thorough and his report is very thorough and puts you at ease. Matt also shows you through the house and the faults and provides advice on how to fix things. He also checks up on you ok no the phone to see if you have any concerns. Will definately recommend Matt to anyone and everyone!

Matt made this an easy process for a couple newbies. He conducted a thorough exam, and provided a clear, concise and easy-to-read report. My family (who are more experienced with this process) were similarly impressed with the in-depth report! My partner also attended the end half hour of the inspection and was very happy with how simply everything was explained, and how easy-going Matt was.
