Brought my dog to Leader to see Dr ghantous. He is about 3 and no vets could help his excessive air licking and inability to rest and stop moving his tongue. He was suffering. Dr Ghantous knew what to do right away and the problem went away and the same with my son and daughter-in-laws dog. Just as all the other Leader doctors, he is exceptional. Do not bring your pet to this hospital if you love it. Go somewhere else. This hospital can no longer be trusted with our most beloved family members. I wrote two reviews, Yelp and Google if you want the deets. They only want your money and won't speak to you after you pay the bill. True story. Sad but true.

Where do I begin, well, I see that I'm not the only person who feels as though my pet and I have been done a grave disservice! Upon arriving at the hospital on Christmas Eve, after my Cat was attacked.Over the next 4 days ,Everyone from the ladies working admission to the nurses and even the Dr.s, mislead, misinformed and gave me the run around I was told night one they don't sugar coat, well I feel as though I was buried in sugar! I took my sick cat who had not eaten, gone to the bathroom nor had anything for a couple of days, she was very lethargic and had been hiding under my bed. I waited for over 40 minutes for someone to finally come outside with the paperwork for payment, waivers and took my cat.(mind you the parking lot only had a couple of cars). My dog Taco ended up having Unexpected surgery today. After a couple hours home it was very obvious that his pain was not controlled by the anti-inflammatory I was given for him. After several phone calls and many hours later I’m currently sitting at the facility still waiting for medical staff to prescribe pain medication for him. Not sure if this facility is so short staffed they can’t adequately take care of the pets under their care or possibly have lost their compassion for the animals they treat.
