I'm very pleased with choosing Kim to do the lead inspection for my future home. She was reliable, quick to reply, and pleasant to work with. Kim seems skilled at her craft. Apparently she uses a machine with x-ray technology to non-invasively test for lead. Amazing experience! Kim came out very quickly after I called her, we had a deadline to renew on our home and needed it tested thoroughly for lead first after learning the age of the house and due to us having an infant.
