Steve and Rolando were fantastic from start to finish. I needed someone to inspect my home for lead after my baby tested with high lead levels (terrifying). Steve walked me through what to expect and helped me choose the most thorough and yet affordable option. WORK PERFORMED: asbestos and interior lead-based paint and tile sampling and tests REVIEW: Rolando Mireles, a certified CA technician, was very honest and straight with me. The existence of asbestos over the heating ducts was obvious by observation and saved me the money for the 3 sample tests, but the existence of that asbestos was in the report. Steve has gone out of his way to assist us with information and scheduling, and Rolando has done a great job with the testing. Nothing bad to say about this company. Great service for a great price. Lead Tech Environmental initially performed a full lead and asbestos survey on our house, and after the asbestos abatement company completed their work, we ordered air sampling through this company as well. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for environmental testing.
