Charges are extremely high.To fix a small gas leak the technician went after hours and did not fix anything as he didn't have simple plumbing parts required.Leak was already diagnosed by enbridge.Next morning again I was charged labour plus parts plus stop over fee to get a part.I was charged 435 dollars to fix it.The technician Nick was curtious and respectful though.
I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this company. The technician repeatedly missed scheduled times without calling ahead, despite promising to notify me 2-3 hours before arrival. Each time, I had to reach out to him instead. He didn’t show up or respond to my calls, and when I finally reached him, he said he’d arrive in 30 minutes, forcing me to leave work abruptly without prior notice.
