I just received a call from this dental office. Whoa! The woman spoke to me like I was some sort of deadbeat. Evidently no one in their office could be bothered to do the billing during the COVID-19 office closure. So her first day back she decides that she’s going to send me to collections because the insurance companies can’t figure out who’s primary and who is secondary.
