Avoid any neighborhood run by this HOA/Management company at all costs. They do nothing to improve the community, they only serve to send violation letters about every little thing. They are quick to let you know when your grass is too long, or when your garbage bins are visible, yet, they can't maintain their own common areas with tall grass and trash everywhere on the ground. I recently moved into High Meadow Ranch and had to reach out to LEAD Association Management for some advice. I've lived in multiple other communities and I assumed this would be the same and I'd never hear from anyone. Let me tell you that LEAD is not just your regular HOA Management.
