Worst customer service in the service department I’ve ever had. Had an 8 am appointment, followed up at 4 pm and was told (by someone covering the phone) my vehicle had not been touched, paperwork was miss placed. Was told someone would give me a call, no one called. Received a text to call if I had questions, the number the text came from was not in service. The problem I took it there for was not fixed. I have a new 2024 Cadillac lyric and it was brought in for several issues and one that is a liability on the dealership and Cadillac. The service manager is an idiot and really doesn’t care about customers and their safety. I have been complaining about the Vehicle slamming on the gas while driving at full speed and while pulling out the vehicle from time to time The vehicle will slam on the brakes. which is a huge liability for the dealership and Cadillac if someone gets hurt. They charge to much and take way to long to fix anything at their service department..... They up charge for stuff you don't need on your vehicle. Not happy with anything they did for me.......
