I love Leach Meats. They help me with my weekly recipes and help coordinate my wine with my meals. My meat choices are always enhanced with John's advices on my menu selection. He takes time to advise me with recipes and I enjoy his professional advise regarding baking, grilling, roasting or pan frying my meat.
