ME AND MY WIFE AND GRANDAUGHTER STOPPED IN TODAY TO ASK A FEW QUESTIONS ABOUT A USED RV WE JUST BOUGHT WE HAD BOB HELP US HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND MY WIFES HE WAS GREAT HE WAS VERY KNOWLEGABLE AND VERY INFORMATIVE I HAD NO HELP FROM THE OTHER TWO CAMPER PLACES WE HAD WENT TO LAST WEEK I WILL BRING MY BUSINESS TO LEACH CAMPER FOR THE FREINDLY PEOPLE AND THE WAY THEY TREATED US TODAY THANK YOU VERY MUCH
Just wanted to say 'Thanks' to Mark in your service department. I called for an appointment today to have our 2003 Coachmen Travel Trailer looked at due to a electrical issue that was tripping the breaker at the campsite. Mark checked the book and it was going to be 3 weeks before I could get it in. He then asked me what was wrong and helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone. In spite of glitches in getting up and loaded, Julie and the guys in service got me up and rolling yesterday and even insisted I call to make sure I got home ok. The only problem I had was getting my new travel trailer unhooked from my truck but a quick phone call to service got everything under control. I am very happy with everyone at Leach. I will recommend them to all my friends.
Hats off to the fine crew at Leach Camper Sales! En route to Texas from ND, I stayed overnight in Omaha. I woke up to notice my Equalizer hitch sway bar had popped out and the bracket holding it gone. I called my original dealer in MN, who then called Equalizer and Equalizer directed me to Leach for repair which involved welding the bracket back on. My hitch was taken care of immediately - they even had the part in stock. Very courteous, pleasant service experience. I recommend the Leach service department!
Thanks to all your staff. Especially Don, Dean and the man who walked us through our camper. We've been other places and in our opinion Leach personnel treated us like family! I purchased a used fifth wheel from Brad in 2007. I have been extremely happy with the great people in the parts department (Bob Saunders) and his crew do a great job. I've had work done in the service department and work was Great! My only concern was one individual in service that deals with customers appears to have no customer service people skills. I want to thank Ed. He puts on a great Open house every spring and fall. THANK YOU! Keep up the great work.
I thought you should know that you have two fabulous employees who are an asset to your company. I spoke with your receptionist and Michelle in rentals. Both women were kind, courteous and helpful.
I have worked with Ed Leach for over 10 years and have nothing but respect for Leach Camper Sales and there service department. I have had my camper into Leach twice for winterization, just for the warrenty that they provide. As my shower head did froze and they replaced it me. The second time was to fix the shower skylite as it was cracked due to hail. They also dryed out the roof and fixed it as if it was brand new. They did an awesome job and i will continue to use them!!!! Thx Ed and Team!!
