I was referred to Lea Novgrad through a friend of ours. She is incredible. She found us a $38 million property in Red Mountain that was not on the market. She persisted through multiple issues, tense negotiations, and was our partner and ally every step of the way. The deal ultimately did not go through due to an issue on the seller's end however she will forever be our Aspen realtor. We have already referred multiple people to her. Also, her encyclopedic knowledge of the market is incredible.
