Le Thai is my absolute favorite Thai restaurant in Las Vegas! The Tom Kha is perfect as is the Short Rib Fried Rice. Wait if it's busy. Place your name on this list and walk around downtown to continue building up your appetite. (They'll text you when your table is ready.) Make your way to Fremont and 6th as soon as you can.

You may have to wait, but it's soooo worth it. I've been here several times, and the food is always good. The staff is friendly too.
