The lady that did my pedicure messed up my toes on both feet by pulling off the toe separator while my toes were not dry. She only fixed one toe and I didn’t notice the others at the time. She cut my nails crooked and left super sharp edges. It not even a week later and the polishes is wearing off on the ends and half of my toes have the top layer chipped off. I think I’ve been to almost every nail place in auburn and Le Star is by far the best! They are friendly and welcoming, which in my experience isn’t usually the case. They are super sweet with my three year old every time we come in. She loves them! Plus I never leave with nails I don’t like. 10/10

I normally don't leave bad reviews because I don't want to hurt small businesses but with the numerous positive reviews and negligence of this place, I am hoping this will prevent someone else from wasting their money. And the business simply needs to do better. The ambience looks nothing like their photos they have online. It is extremely disorganized, dirty, sloppy. They are so kind here! Very meticulous about their pedicures! I wore a skirt and one of the nice employees brought me a towel to put on my legs so I didn’t feel uncomfortable. Very kind! My daughter and I left with beautiful toes!
