My dream come true – I sent my fiance a long list of dresses to pick from but he could not find them anywhere, until he went to Le Star. The lady at the store was so sweet,and told him he would not easily find any of them cuz they are the classic type which are thus not that popular and that I may have to order one but that would take too much time, which was not an option for me actually. Le Star made my dream come true for my wedding gown. I could not have been in a better shop. Not only did I find my wedding gown (which they custom made for me based on another design) but I got all my bridesmaids gowns there too! My saleswoman was amazing and I highly recommend them to all my friends when they start their wedding planning. Great customer services too !!!! they went above and beyond to make me look beautiful on my special day....
HORRIBLE Customer Service – I'm in a wedding and there are 4 of us in the bridal party, we all ordered are dresses and they came in 2-3 sizes too big, when I called the store to see what they could do the lady (who I couldn't hardly understand) said the managers were going to be out until march and this was in Januaray and there was nothing they could do even though this was obviously someones fault (either theirs or the manufacturer's) She said to call back in march (the wedding was April 1st!!!!) so now we are all forced t... read more
