Unfortunately I did not have a very good experience with Trisha. When I first walked in she was at the desk. She didn't introduce herself or say welcome at all. She just handed me the paperwork to fill out. Once in the room her demeanor didn't become any friendlier. Nothing was explained. It was just straight to business.
