I put down a $500 deposit and was charged an extra $160 at move-out for "carpet cleaning and paint touch-ups", no repair to ANYTHING was needed! this place is overpriced, always has horrible draining problems so there is standing water on most of the grass, and needs a remodel due to old crappy appliances. Our fridge and washer had to be replaced (with equally as old appliances by the way) and had old, frayed stained carpet upon move-in.
