Totally Unspectacular – Normally when I walk into a shop that is a mom and pop, the atmosphere is friendly and inviting. What can I say? I was invisible to the staff, and to the somewhat sarcastic owner. Merchandise seemed to be OK, but I like customer service. There was none.
the one stop shop! – I have been going to Le Pink and Co. for a long time. i buy most of my friends gifts there too. They also have men's products for my boyfriend, so he can stock up too. i just got a facial last week from Ally. She was great and I love the products she recommended. Also i went back and Heather tinted my eyelashes! They look amazing and now I don't have to wear mascara, which is great in the summer. They have great perfumes and make-up as well! Thanks Le Pink!
Cool place to get your girly on... – This place is so neat. I was here no less than 3 times during the last week and a half in LA. I love all the balms and potions and little packages of girly stuff. Kirsten behind the counter was really sweet and answered all of my probably dumb questions. Can you open one in Austin? Pleeease?
Excellent Variety – Having visited LA for the first time I am so happy for wrong directions! I stopped in this adorable shop to ask directions and became enamored with their wide selection of facial products. Don't get me started on the blast from the past candies! I was in heaven for the 2 hours I spent visiting with the shop owner. She was extremely helpful not only with directions but suggestions for facial products. THE BEST SCENTS FOR YOUR SENSES – After being recommended by a friend who is a frequent shopper- She failed to tell me that not only can you have your eyebrows shaped you can also do your gift shopping for men and women. The fragrances they have are splendid. I fell in love with the candles they have as well. i love it so much that I just may move in, right after my facial.
FANTASTIC SKIN CARE CREAMS- FANTASTIC PEOPLE – This place is nothing less of fantastic! I couldnt believe the choices. I spent way more than a simple facial cleanser- But I couldnt resist the splurge- I am definatly a return customer- NO COMPLAINTS HERE!
Elitest and rude – This is one of those little "Ma and Pop" shops that will last about another year before it is replaced with something else. When you walk in, the shop is very cool. Like an old-time candy shoppe almost, but hip. The only problem is the customer service. I'm from Idaho and being a tourist is a big red flag; for they sized me up and down and barely even said hello! Amazing facial! – Alexis does the best facials I've ever had. Her face massage is to die for and my skin is always glowing after a session with her. Amazing!
